1. Scope of Work & Consulting

TAZDAD is committed to providing design services in accordance with agreed specifications. This includes 2D architectural plans, 3D visualizations, and meticulous material selection.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative designs and drawings remain the intellectual property of TAZDAD. The client is granted the right of use for implementation at the specified site only; commercial reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

3. Revisions & Amendments Policy

We believe in flexibility; thus, clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions. Fundamental changes after final approval may incur extra costs and updates to the project timeline.

4. Payments & Financial Terms

Financial flow is organized through a milestone payment system to ensure project continuity:

• Final Payment: Upon delivery of complete executive blueprints.
• Down Payment: To confirm the booking and initiate studies.
• Progressive Payment: Upon approval of preliminary designs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In cases where TAZDAD provides designs without supervision, the company is not responsible for execution errors caused by external contractors or deviations from recommended technical specifications.
